Is FlipStay really free for hotels in India?
Yes. FlipStay is free to use with no trial that expires, no per-room or per-booking fee and no card required to sign up. We never take a cut of your bookings or your payments.
Does FlipStay create GST invoices for hotel rooms?
Yes. Every checkout produces a GST tax invoice with your GSTIN, an invoice number, SAC code 996311 and the CGST and SGST split. Rooms up to ₹7,500 per night are billed at 5% and rooms above ₹7,500 at 18%, and you can bill tariffs as GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FlipStay runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Sign up, confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send you, add your rooms and you are ready to check in your first guest.
Can my front desk staff have their own logins?
Yes. The owner can add staff accounts with their own email sign-in and choose what each person can do, and every shift can be opened and closed with a cash handover.
